My order was rejected. Do I need to place a new order?

Is your website safe?
We will provide you a tracking number after you order so that you can track the package all the way. So please don’t worry about it. Also, all your personal information on our site is confidential.

Where can I look for information on the order I placed?
Your Order Confirmation email contains the details of your order, including the order number. You also get a tracking number from which you can track your order.

What should I do if my credit card payment is incorrect?
If an error occurs while using a credit card to check out, you can go back and place the order again and cancel the order that was not successfully paid. You can contact your credit card company to confirm that your credit card is in good standing. If you have not tried it many times, please get in touch with us for assistance.
